- When will I receive entry instructions?
– You will receive check in instructions with the door code in the morning, on the day of your arrival at the accommodation. - Will someone wait for us in the accommodation and direct us to the rooms?
Considering the fact that most guests arrive in the afternoon or evening, we have enabled independent entry into the apartments with digital locks, so they don’t have to think about the time.
- Is there parking and how can we pay for it?
Parking in a second city zone)Green zone) is right next to the house. Although it is the city center, you can almost always find your parking spot here. You can pay for parking by the hour, and guests usually buy all-day parking through the „Parking Servis „application, where you can pay with your card. - Can we park our car in the yard?
Our yard is very frequent and busy, so it is best to first check if it is free and contact us about it. - How can we pay for accommodation?
Since payment cannot be made through the Booking application, we are forced to one of these three types of payment:
Cash on arrival, payment via bank account or Paypal.
What is the Paypal payment account?
You can pay your amount, plus transfer fees (approximately 4 euros) to: kadamovic@gmail.com
- Can we check out after 11am?
We want our guests to feel comfortable and carefree during their stay. This possibility is sometimes available, and it all depends on whether the apartment is available during the day or is already booked. - Is there a place to store luggage in case our transfer goes later in the day?
For this information, we ask guests to contact us directly, because we really want to help travelers whenever we can, and enable free movement through the city, without luggage! - Where do we leave the key card?
The card you found in the room is also used to power the room, so it’s best to leave it there. - Are parties allowed?
Parties are not allowed, so we ask guests to behave according to the rules of the usual house rules. - Are pets allowed?
If you would really like to stay in our accommodation and you have a small pet that does not make a lot of noise, please send us a message first for a possible stay.
The price for a pet’s stay is 10 euros per night and it is necessary to register it with the locals! - Where can we eat local food?
